All-Inclusive Pricing

All-inclusive coaching includes all of the items listed above. No long-term commitment required. Just remember: progress takes time and consistency! A minimum of 16 weeks is recommended for a full training cycle leading up to your goal distance race.

Send a note about your interest via the ‘Contact’ page, and I will send a questionnaire for you to fill out. Once I receive your completed questionnaire, we will schedule a FREE 30 Minute Discovery Session. If you like what you hear and are ready to dive in, click on ‘Book Now’ and select the plan that best interests you!

A la carte is a great option for runners who do not need ongoing regular accountability checks and want to receive the fully customized plan all at once. What’s included:

1x 30-minute Discovery Session

Half Marathon, Marathon, 50k or 50-Mile Ultra plan delivered within 5 business days of the discovery call
